Bookings and payments
Bookings are confirmed once we accept your request and, where applicable, receive the required payment or deposit. Please provide accurate contact and health information so we can prepare for your session.
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout or in your booking confirmation and may include or exclude applicable taxes. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and their terms may also apply.
If a payment fails or a booking is not completed, we may release the reserved time slot.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Unless your booking confirmation says otherwise:
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the agreed time may be moved to another available slot or credited at our discretion.
- Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
- Course fees and deposits may be non-refundable once materials, preparation, or enrolment have begun, unless required otherwise by law.
- If we need to cancel a session or course, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund of the amount paid for that booking.
